Sounds amazing and close to something we made when a friend was given a bag of frozen sundried tomatoe ravioli. Mac wanted to try his hand at cooking so we a verstion with spinach, asparagus, garlic and parm. Turned out great and even got Lonnie to eat asparagus. Mac, who is generally a picky eater, loved it, too. We'll have to try your version soon.

The basic premise of this salad is great ... I had to revise things b/c I didn't have or couldn't get the ingredients ... frozen steamed asparagus instead of dried out looking fresh ... frozen pea pods (b/c I like them better), and toasted pecans instead of pine nuts (thought I had them, but didn't) ...and I would definitely make this or the original again ... problem .... how to serve the left overs, hot or cold?

That sounds wonderful ... too bad it is a day late, as Dan just took me to the grocery store yesterday ... I'll add it to my list for next week, and let you know the results :)
